This is the second of three albums of songs composed by Christian Asplund on poetic texts from The Book of Mormon. Unlike the first release, this one includes the vocal talents of Kevin Anthony, Mark Ammons, Robert Brandt, Sonja Poulter, Steve Ricks, Clayne Robison, and BYU Singers, conducted by Andrew Crane, in addition to Asplund, who plays piano on all tracks. While mostly recorded at The Blue Door (Provo), some are live tracks from a concert on 24 March 2023, in addition to two other sessions/locations. Songs are in order of their texts' appearance in the Book of Mormon. Most include improvised or quasi-improvised intros, interludes, or codas. One song includes the trombone stylings of Steve Ricks.
